Léandre is a physicist specializing in quantum photonics. They completed their Master’s degree in Physics at Sorbonne University, Paris, France, focusing on light-matter interaction, before pursuing a PhD at the University Côte d'Azur, Nice, France, where their research centered on quantum state engineering for quantum communication networks. They then advanced their expertise through a postdoctoral position at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA, to work on the development of hardware for quantum computing. Driven by a desire to connect fundamental physics with technical applications, they joined Welinq to work as a Quantum Photonics R&D engineer.
