The job
As our Talent Acquisition/HR Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our
company by attracting and retaining talents. This position involves leading our recruitment efforts to build a world-class team of physicists, engineers, and support staff, while also establishing and managing key HR functions to foster a positive and productive work environment. You will grow with the company and shape its culture.
Responsibilities
As part of the leadership team, you will play a key role in our scaling efforts and will have the following key responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the fields of quantum computing, physics, engineering, and related disciplines.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Establish and maintain HR policies and practices that support the company's growth, culture, and values.
Structure team organization, objectives and career evolution.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, benefits administration,
performance management, and compliance with labor laws.Shape the culture of the company, in alignment with its values.

Required qualifications and Experience
Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment.
Curiosity for topics related to disruptive innovations and/or quantum computing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both French and English.
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
